HOURS
Our Battle Creek office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

We also operate two satellite clinics in Coldwater and Marshall. Please contact our main office in Battle Creek to schedule an appointment in either of those locations.

AFTER-HOUR EMERGENCIES
We have a physician available 24 hours a day for your pulmonary emergencies. Simply call the main office line and you will be prompted to leave your name, symptoms, and phone number where you can be reached. The physician "on-call" will contact you directly.

APPOINTMENTS
If you are a new patient for a sleep disorder, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to process your information. Please bring the following items with you: current medications, completed new patient forms, insurance card(s) and medical records.

If you are a new patient for a pulmonary disorder, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to process your information. Please bring the following items with you: current medications, completed new patient forms, insurance card(s) and medical records and any Chest X-Ray or Chest CT films.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
When calling for a prescription refill, you may be directed to our refill line. You will be prompted to leave information regarding your medication and what pharmacy it is to be called. Prescription refills will be called in by 5:00 p.m. the same day. If your prescription cannot be refilled, you will be contacted by the clinical staff on the same day.

INSURANCE & BILLING INFORMATION
The Lung Center & Sleep Clinic participates with a large number of insurance programs. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance carrier prior to your appointment to ensure we are eligible providers. You are also responsible for obtaining prior authorization if required by your carrier. Co-pays are due at the time care is provided. We will bill your insurance carrier for you, but you are responsible for uncovered services, deductibles, co-pays, etc.
